Safe Site Program

Terms of Use

By filling in our application form on the application page, you are agreeing to the following 'Terms of Use':

Applicants placing our 'ATC' seal of approval badge on their web sites, which has to be linked back to our main site entry page, you agree abide by all our stated 'Terms of Use and Criteria' in this section of ATC.

Applicants also agree to send us all details requested in the 'Application Form'.  Failure to do so will result in a copyright infringement.

ATC can amend and/or add to the 'Terms of Use' and/or 'Criteria' without notice.  It is your responsibility to check for updates from time to time.  As an indication just take note of the, ?Last updated? at the bottom of this page and the criteria page.

Applicants also agree to remove the 'ATC' seal of approval from their web site if they are found to be in violation of any stated 'Terms of Use' and/or 'Criteria' in this section.  Failure to get authorized to list your site will result in your site being placed on our 'Black List'.  By placing these measures into effect, we ensure, that your web site is truly a 'Safe Site'.

Applicants must also agree to report any web sites, displaying our ?ATC? seal of approval, which may be in violation of any 'Terms of Use and Criteria' for further investigation.

Applicants further agree to display our 'ATC" seal of approval badge on their site when sent to them via email and link it back to us as instructed in the email.

Applicants MUST respond to this Program after being notified of their listing status. They will have 7 days to reply.  If the Applicant site has not responded within the 7 day time frame, the web site will be removed from the 'Safe Site' listing and we will assume the applicant was refused the listing they requested and may not re-apply for a period of 120 days (4 months).

Note:  We reserve the right to instruct any web site to remove our badge if found to be in violation of any of our 'Terms of Use and/or Criteria'.

ATC offers a way for all Webmasters/Webmistresses to have their web sites certified as 'Family Safe' so the viewing public can be assured that the sites they visit are safe for themselves and their children.  Our goal is to give people a place where they can find security.  It is important to us that all web sites are safe for family viewing, but unfortunately, that is not always the case.

If you agree with the statements below, then you're in the right place.
