To avoid problems and try to help the visitors, ATC has given you these guidelines on which to help with basic steps to success with getting affiliated.

When applying for affiliation through ATC, please be sure to read all of our site. It is one of the most important parts to joining anything. |
 |
Take extra care in knowing that ATC will review/evaluate your entire site, not just your awards program. This is to insure that the entire site is family friendly and safe for all.
|
 |
The ATC criteria is not something to be ignored, if you do not read it, the ATC Staff WILL know. |
|
|
The Evaluation Process
|
|
The Evaluators will evaluate your awards program in the following manner:
|
 |
Each evaluator will visit your site at least twice.
|
 |
On the first visit, the ATC staff will look for any disqualifying factors.
|
 |
On the second visit, the ATC staff will follow the criteria's set forth with this affiliation program.
|
 |
The evaluation
will begin at Level 1 and look for the qualifying factors.
|
 |
For each level passed, the ATC staff shall proceed to the next Level and do the same until the process stops at the level suited to your award program.
|
 |
Then the ATC staff shall report their findings to the affiliation owner, which also follows the steps above.
|
 |
The Level earned at the end of the evaluation by all evaluators will be the Level which you receive.
|
|
|
Note: If you do not like the rating you receive from us, you do not have to accept it. But do not hassle us over it. ATC has the right to also deny you affiliation should you choose to hassle with the
intention to demean what this program is intentions are.
|
|
Things the evaluators will watch for on awards programs: (First Visit)
|
 |
Images and/or text pertaining to pornography, discrimination, racism or any type hacks, cracks, etc. and/or any other type of discrimination/profanity. |
 |
Demeaning words that can discourage the potential applicant. |
 |
Number of awards given. |
 |
Months your program has been in existence. |
 |
Level of awards given. |
 |
Wording of criteria's, disqualification, etc. |
 |
Quality of awards given and sites who receive those awards. |
 |
Quality of overall web site. |

|
Updating Your URL or Other Information Once Accepted |
|
The way in which you may update your URL and/or information has changed. ATC will not accept just a simple email and have provided an updating form link on each page of this program, which is the "Update Listing" link. Please fill out this form or follow the alternative email link instructions to update your URL or information. |
|
Upgrades
|
|
The upgrade policy is stated below:
|
 |
Must be a least 90 days (3 months) after receiving membership or upgrade date. |
 |
Must be able to see some type of noticeable improvements in growth of the awards program, number of winners for the awards and the websites design. |
 |
Be sure that you list all items that need to be listed and check links. |
 |
Your site will be compared to the SET criteria's. |

Notification
|
|
The Notification process happens in the following way:
|
 |
Your application is verified by first viewing your site once so the ATC staff knows the URL is correct and that all information is complete. If there is some critical portion of the application which was not filled out correctly, the application is discarded.
|
 |
If your review requires an extended amount of time to complete (more than 4 weeks). You will be notified of the same. Most applications are processed in less than 4 weeks. |
 |
An initial review will be done to ensure your site is not disqualified because of illegal content as outlined within these guidelines. If your site is found to contain illegal content the evaluation will cease. |
 |
Those who qualified for affiliation membership or upgrade in memberships will be provided their affiliation badge at that time. If you site did not qualify, you will be notified of the same and invited to re-apply in 90 days (3 months) provided that
improvements have been made. |
 |
Once your badge is upload to your awards program, you have 7 days in which to notify ATC. Once you notify ATC, it will be checked for accuracy. |

Review/Evaluation Results Requests
|
|
Review/Evaluation Results Requests are handled in the following manner:
|
 |
The applicant must request the result within a least 7 days after they have received notification of their acceptance or disqualification. |
 |
Once the request is submitted, you will receive the evaluations that each evaluator report to the owner of the affiliation program.
|
 |
All decisions of the evaluators are final, and will not be negotiated. |
|
