ATC Staff Qualifications |

ATC staff are selected with care and assist in the evaluations of award programs for ATC ratings. All staff members have a minimum of two years experience as evaluators within their own individual award programs. They also have the skills required to assist in other areas of ATC and are happy to assist where needed. Please meet the ATC Staff (their

What is looked for in any person applying to evaluate Awards
Programs websites at ATC: (MANDATORY) |
 |
At least 2 years of experience evaluating websites for your own awards program. |
|
|
The experience you have in website design. |
|
|
The ability to evaluate fairly and unbiasedly, and follow the guidelines and
criteria's set forth here at ATC. |
|
|
The ability to work with others and show respect towards applicants and fellow
evaluators. |
|
|
|
|
Experiences with working these items: (You are not expected
to know everything on this list. Mandatory items will have an asterisks (*)
after it.) |

|
Java Scripting Applications. * |
|
|
Applets Applications. |
|
|
HTML *, DHTML and all other formats of webpage
extensions. |
|
|
The elements of Tables. * |
|
|
Proper linking of external and internal links.* |
|
|
Images design and creating them on your own. |
|
|
|
|
What I expect of any staff members awards programs:

Their criteria and guidelines of their own awards
program to be matched or exceeded by their own main site. |

|
Evaluated websites who win their awards to match the
category in which they are placed. |

|
Their actions to be professional at all times. |
|
|
Communications to be professional and positive at all
times. |
|
|
Be willing to help those who ask for help without
being bias towards the person or their website. |
|
|
To not bend and/or break the rules because of knowing
the person undergoing an evaluation at ATC or their own awards programs. |
|
|
|
|
What I expect of any staff members at ATC: (MANDATORY) |

Failing to follow the above requirements will result in immediate dismissal
should I have be told you have gone against them. I will investigate any and all
complaints. |
