I agree to maintain a professional, friendly and positive
attitude in any correspondence held with any Applicant. |

I will fairly evaluate all sites meeting our criteria
and treat their owners with respect. |
|
I will refrain from giving negative criticism, unless
asked specifically for our input. |
|
I agree not to discriminate on grounds of race, gender,
religion, profession, or handicaps. |
|
I agree to evaluate all submitted sites within two (2) to six (6) weeks of receipt of submission. |
|
I agree not to disqualify a page that has the right click disabled. |
|
I agree not to give out any information about any
Applicant to any third party persons, organizations,
groups, or agencies of any kind. |
|
I agree not to disqualify a site solely on the grounds
they use comet cursor as long as its used in moderation. Not on every page, a few selected pages only, and they
have posted on their entrance page they are using this
service and give indication where its used. (The posting is just so that
people are aware that it is in use.) |

I agree not to expect an award in return for our affiliating your site. |

To show no prejudice against any web site when considering them for affiliation. |

To not give affiliation just for the sake of doing so. |

To welcome all applicants except where stated in my criteria and guidelines. |

To not consider any site that contains illegal content, Pornography or explicit sexual content, or discriminate against any person or any group of people. |
