The Evaluator

Morning Star

Morning Star

Owner & Evaluator

My name is Morning Star and I was born on April 19, 1956 in the USA. After receiving several awards for different websites that I have, I decided to create my own Award Program, which started on January 1, 1998.

I enjoy viewing different websites and seeing what they've done. I take pride in my own websites for many of the same reasons others do, and I hope that it shows.

I was certified in website design and imaging in March of 2002...I was also certified in the use of JavaScript Applications back in December of 2002. I've been evaluating websites since 1998 for the purpose of giving an award. I run several other awards programs just out of pure joy of seeing what others do with their websites. The primary award program that I run and will most likely always run, is Morning Star's Award Program. I also run Awards Treasure Chest (ATC), an award program affiliation.

I got involved in evaluating websites for the pure joy of watching people get all happy over the award they won. It is more fun for me to give then receive...and with each evaluation...something is always given. Although I do not claim to be perfect...I'd like to think that I have good taste in imaging and website design. I do my level best to encourage people to have high standards for themselves and do their best at designing their own websites. At the same time...give back what has been given to me through my ever patient mentor...respect and kindness. The two most important elements to being a good website designer is not in what a webmaster or webmistress does...but it is how well they respect others views. I believe in doing evaluations as unbiased as possible, and in that process, doing things with respect to ones feelings. Even more important...I believe in doing evaluations for fun and enjoyment...just to see others ideas and creativity is an honor.
