Each awards program owner that applies for membership will have their awards program and main website evaluated for meeting the Basic Criteria before the evaluation will begin. Once the Basic Criteria in meant, the process begins and the applicant is notified that their application has been accepted for evaluation.

The evaluation process for membership will take approximately 2 to 4 weeks depending on the number of applications received, and will be done in the order they were received.
