By using IAGA website you are agreeing to all IAGA Policies these constituting an agreement between IAGA and yourself. The IAGA Terms of Use and all Policies included may be altered without notice.

The owner of IAGA, which is United States based, is committed to uphold the Federal Trade Commission [FTC] COPPA Act - Children's Online Privacy Protection Act. IAGA does not sell, lend nor distribute any information to any third party. The following discloses the information gathering and dissemination practices for IAGA.

We respect the privacy of our members, visitors and staff for all intent purposes, and will not release such information that will violet their right to privacy. No person under the age 18 is accepted without prior consent of a parent or guardian to protect all privacy of children.

Information such names, email addresses or any other information asked for when applying for membership is kept under the strictest of confidentially and will not be released to any second or third parties wheresoever.

IAGA confidentially maintains all voluntary provided information - this being by the completion of any forms or the sending of emails to us. We will never sell, rent or otherwise share information with any third parties.

The IAGA application forms require users to provide personal contact information (name and email address) and demographic information (website URL). IAGA uses the information you provide to send you affiliation status information.

IAGA applicants agree by their submission of the membership request application form to permit the following information to be posted within the IAGA website - a screenshot (in same cases), website title, URL address, URL of the highest award and a brief description of the award program site.

 

Children's' Privacy Policy

IAGA actively encourages parents and/or guardians to spend time with their children online and to become familiar with the websites their children visit. In various sections of the IAGA website, we ask whether users are under the age of 18 years.

For web site users aged 13 and up to 18 years IAGA requests that users within this age range not submit information using our feedback forms or email addresses.

Personal user information collection

IAGA collects information when users voluntarily submit information through the use of online forms these including requesting web design templates, applications to the Affiliation Program or other promotional opportunities provided within IAGA.

Email addresses are collected from users who send feedback emails or who request technical support or other help.

This information enables us to improve this site to make your online visits more productive and enjoyable.

Personal user information removal

Information removal from the IAGA Dbase is undertaken through two options in order to terminate your award program listing or if you wish to modify information previously provided.

You should contact IAGA using the website contact page email or by using the email links on the website information page.

ATC does not provide listed web sites options for personally manually changing and/or modifying any information previously provided. To do this, you must contact us using  webmaster/owner for permission of use or questions at: iaga.admor@yahoo.com.
