The process of the review/evaluation itself may take as long as six (6) weeks depending on the number of applications received by this association. The short time frame will be four (4) weeks depending on the number of applications received. All awards programs will undergo the same process of Level elimination from the lowest Level of 1 to the highest Level of 5. For each Level passed, the evaluation process continues to the next Level of the Criteria's set forth within this association.

When an awards program no longer meets any given criteria, the evaluation stops there and the Level badge is prepared and notice is send to the awards program owner. With your notification, you will receive the Level Badge, a detailed Level acceptance and any other information important to posting your badge on your memberships page.

We do not send notification to awards programs that do not meet any of the criteria's and will not disclose the results of the evaluation for privacy reasons.
