Items such as the images are the sore property of HHAA and are created by Anita Eberline, the webmaster of this website.

I, Anita Eberline, do hereby state that any and all information sent to me by applicant's will never be shared with any second or third parties, other than the evaluators listed on the "Evaluators" page. Evaluators will receive an applicant's application for review purposes only and will not share your information at stated in the previous sentence.

The following information is required for application purposes:

1. Applicant's first and last name.

2. Email address where you may be contacted.

3. Title of your awards program.

4. URL of your main website and awards program.

5. Country you are from.

6. Description of your awards program.

The applicant gives their permission to use this information and any other information request on the application form when it sent to HHAA.

Children's Privacy Statement:

1. Children under the age of 18 will not be accepted as a member of the association.

2. To protect the rights and privacy of children, it is recommended that they consult a parent or legal guardian before using this website for viewing purposes.

3. All award programs are required to get an age of acceptance for their awards.

4. HHAA will uphold the privacy act of the United States for all children regardless of where they are from in the world.

5. HHAA uses no tracking mechanisms to collect personal information.

Terms of Use

By filling out the Application Form and sending it, the applicant is agreeing to the following:

1. The applicant is giving his/her permission to use their information for evaluation/review of their awards program and main website for eligibility purposes.

2. To fill out the application form completely, giving us the correct information pertaining to their awards program.

3. By filling out the application form and sending it, the applicant is agreeing to this affiliation program for awards programs to use the stated information in the "Copyright Statement" as a means of information for the viewers of this website.

4. The applicant is agreeing to follow all criteria's, guidelines and/or other information pertaining to this affiliation program.

5. The applicant, should he/she be accepted as a member, agrees to link the membership badge back to this website at instructed in the notification email.

6. The applicant agrees to report any and all abuse of this website and its purpose to the administrator/owner of this website.
