I, Anita Eberline, and any staff members that evaluate, do hereby promise to follow the Code of Ethics below:

1. We will evaluate all websites without bias.

2. We agree to maintain a professional, friendly and positive attitude in any correspondence held with any Applicant.

3. We will fairly evaluate all awards programs/main websites meeting the criteria's and treat their owners with respect.

4. We will refrain from giving negative criticism, unless asked specifically for input.

5. We agree not to discriminate on grounds of race, gender, religion, profession, or handicaps.

6. We agree to evaluate all submitted awards programs within four (4) to six (6) weeks of receipt of submission.

7. We agree not to give out any information about any Applicant to any third party persons, organizations, groups, or agencies of any kind.

8. We agree to state the Criteria for each level rating and to adhere to the same.

9. We agree to evaluate websites under the Criteria which was in place at the time of any and/or all applications.

10. We agree to immediately inform any Criteria compliant Applicant in writing, of a 'Refrain to Evaluate' if it is found that a Conflict of Interest would occur in evaluating their website.

11. We agree not to divulge any information about any Applicant to persons, groups, or agencies not directly connected to this Association, and only then for the purpose of evaluating submissions and notifying the applicant of their status.

12. All information received from Applicants via email submissions or submission forms will be deemed private.

13. We agree that it is not, and never will be, mandatory at this website to sign a GuestBook or to join a mailing list.

14. We agree that it is a requirement that any and all websites that are granted membership from this website must be linked back to this website in a method that will be outlined in Membership notification emails.

15. We agree that we will not grant a Membership to, or in any other manner endorse or promote, any website that endorses, promotes or contains content which is considered globally to be illegal or discriminatory whether it be against humans or animals of any type.

16. We agree not to accept favors of any sort in exchange for preferential treatment of submissions.

17. We agree that we will take all measures necessary to maintain the honor and integrity of this Association at all times.
