Evaluation Process

Please read this page and all the pages to follow completely and carefully. If you don't, I will know.

First visit: is to confirm that the link you sent to me is correct and working properly.

Second visit: is to check general performance of the site and check for broken links for both interior and exterior links. If you make it past this step, you have a good chance of receiving an award.

Third visit: is to check your site for Self-impression, Creativity/Idea, Navigational Design, Design/Content and Award Presentation; and, to recheck steps 2 and 3 above, decide scoring.

The evaluation process itself usually takes me approximately 2 weeks depending on how many applications I receive. Please have patience, as I am doing this by myself.

In the process of evaluation, I will be looking for the criteria to be met, and there are no exceptions. If your website does not meet my criteria, you will be "DISQUALIFIED".

You must have an awards won page on your site that is in working order and all awards linked to their proper giver. If your awards are not linked to the giver, you will be "DISQUALIFIED".

If the Email address or URL you send me on the application form is incorrect, your website will be "DISQUALIFIED".

1. Once I make my first visit to your website, should you be accepted into query, I will notify you of this with a reference number for you to keep watch on the progress made during the evaluation period.

2. Once the evaluation process is completed, the date will be posted to the "Applicant Status" page.

3. ONLY winning Applicants are notified of their status once the evaluation is completed.

4. Applicants who do not receive this award may inquire about the evaluation done on their website, but only after the date of completion has been posted on the "Applicant Status" page.
