Code of Ethics

1. I, Anita Inch, shall to the best of my abilities follow the criteria's that I have set forth within this award program.

2. I agree that I will take all measures necessary to maintain the honor and integrity of my Award Program at all times.

3. I will evaluate websites with honesty, integrity, fairness and dignity to the best of my abilities.

4. I will fairly evaluate all sites meeting my criteria and treat their owners with respect.

5. I agree to maintain a professional, friendly and positive attitude in any correspondence held with any Applicant.

6. All information received from Applicants via email submissions or submission forms will be deemed private.

7. I will never make it mandatory at this website to sign a GuestBook or to join a mailing list in order for my applicants to receive this award.

8. I agree to maintain this Award Programs to a standard that meets the Criteria of the Award given.

9. I agree that it is a requirement that any and all websites that are granted my Award from this website must be linked back to my website in a method that will be outlined in Award notification emails.

10. I agree that I will not grant this Award to, or in any other manner endorse or promote, any website that endorses, promotes or contains content which is considered globally to be illegal or discriminatory whether it be against humans or animals of any type.

11. I agree not to accept favors of any sort in exchange for preferential treatment of applicants regardless of their status with me.

I, Anita Inch, pledge to always honor my criteria and terms of use set forth within this award program to the best of my abilities in the following way:

1. To follow the criteria with honesty, integrity, fairness and dignity.

2. To give respect to all award givers and seekers alike.

3. To uphold high standards in my own awards program.

4. To never judge biasly if at all possible.

5. To promote good well and ethics in all awards program who wish to apply for an award.

6. To promote and encourage a family setting in all web sites and their owners.

7. To show no prejudice against any web site when considering them for award.

8. To not give an award just for the sake of doing so.

9. To welcome all applicants except where stated in my criteria.

10. To not consider any site that contains illegal content, Pornography or explicit sexual content, or discriminate against any person or any group of people.

11. To maintain a professional, friendly and positive manner in any correspondence with any Applicant.

12. To respect the Privacy of all Applicants for my Award Program. All information received from applications will be deemed private, except that which is stated in my criteria and terms of use.

13. To uphold the pledge of on this page at all times and maintain high standards of honesty, integrity, fairness and dignity.

I, Anita Inch, have adopted this pledge on: April 13, 2008.  I have written this pledge to assure all who come for an award with this program the best possible treatment and respect by myself and/or any other judges that join me in the future.
